The Sealey ES500 engine support beam is designed to safely support and accurately position engines during maintenance operations including replacing anti-vibration mountings and certain body panels, and can also be used as an aid for gearbox and transmission removal. With a capacity of 500kg and an adjustable width spanning 1120mm to 1910mm, the beam accommodates a wide range of vehicle types. The beam sits on rubber feet to protect the vehicle and workshop surfaces, and fine adjustment is achieved via a screw and hook mechanism with 230mm of screw travel, giving precise positioning control. The ES500 is supplied with a length of chain.
