Heavy commercial and industrial lifting demands a jack that can reach beneath low-slung vehicles whilst carrying substantial loads safely. The Draper Expert 2080 is a long chassis, extra low profile pneumatic jack with a 125mm entry height and a total chassis reach of 2210mm, enabling it to access vehicles where conventional floor jacks cannot. Lifting capacity is staged across three positions: 40 tonnes at stage one, 20 tonnes at stage two, and 10 tonnes at stage three, providing versatility across a wide range of lifting tasks. The three-stage adjustable ergonomic handle is fitted with a 'Slow Down' valve and a 'Self-Return' switch, both designed to improve operational safety and ease of use. Industrial quality seals prolong service life, and a safety overload valve provides an additional layer of protection during use. Twin rubber-coated wheels reduce operating noise, protect garage and workshop floors from damage, and enhance manoeuvrability across flat surfaces. Operating air pressure is 9–12 BAR (130–174 psi) with an air consumption of 11.5 cfm. The air inlet is a standard 1/4" BSP connection. Maximum lift heights with extensions fitted are 302mm at stage one, 347mm at stage two, and 396mm at stage three. The saddle diameter is 70mm and the chassis measures 830 x 179 x 125mm. The unit weighs 44kg and is supplied complete with 45mm and 75mm height lift extensions and a 1/4" BSP airline connector. Manufactured to EN1494 specification.
