The PCL TSP1T15 Tyre Safety Pack combines two complementary tyre-checking instruments — the TPG1H01 Tyre Pressure Gauge and the TDG16C01 Tyre Tread Depth Gauge — in a single durable, reusable tin with a protective foam insert.
The TPG1H01 Tyre Pressure Gauge incorporates a self-adjusting friction device that holds the pressure reading after the gauge is removed from the tyre valve, allowing a clear reading without the gauge remaining connected. A positive sealing washer ensures reliability in use, and the gauge features an integral pocket clip and removable protective cap. Calibration spans 6–50 psi / 0.5–3.4 bar, with a display resolution of 1 psi / 0.1 bar and accuracy of +/- 2 psi.
The TDG16C01 Tyre Tread Depth Gauge is manufactured in Sheffield to stringent quality standards and is DVSA approved for MOT testing, measuring tread depth across a range of 1–26 mm. Both instruments are made in Sheffield — PCL has manufactured precision pneumatic and workshop instruments on site since 1938 and is part of HORNGROUP.
