The PCL TPG54H03 is a twin-head tyre gauge covering a range of 50–300 psi and 4–20 bar, designed for continual heavy use and suitable for use with both standard 8V1 and large bore 12V1 tyre inflators within the aviation industry.
The gauge is manufactured in Sheffield to PCL's established standards — Sheffield UK manufacture since 1938, part of HORNGROUP — and is supplied with a hard-wearing black vulcanite handle. Every unit is 100% individually tested and supplied with a calibration certificate, reflecting the accuracy and reliability demanded in professional aviation ground-support applications.
The twin-head configuration accepts both the standard 8V1 and the larger 12V1 connection types, making the TPG54H03 a single instrument capable of serving multiple inflator types without a change of gauge. The dual pressure scale — psi and bar displayed simultaneously — removes the need for manual conversion on the workshop floor.
