The Draper Expert 16230 is a new and improved MK4 airline inflator built to meet that demand, with industrial quality fabrication that makes it equally at home in high-throughput commercial environments and workshop bays. The inflator is fitted with a lock-on connector for secure attachment to tyre valves without the need to hold the chuck in place manually. A 20% larger viewing window improves legibility under working conditions, while the stronger yet lighter body reduces operator fatigue during sustained use. Increased accuracy over previous iterations ensures readings remain reliable across a full working shift. The pressure range runs from 0 to 9.6 bar (0–138 psi), with a minimum air supply requirement of 6.9 bar (100 psi) and a maximum air supply of 13.8 bar (200 psi). The supply inlet is a standard 1/4" BSP taper female fitting, the hose length is 0.5 m, and the operating temperature range is 10 to 60°C. The unit is manufactured and certified to Directive 86/217/EEC. Each inflator is supplied with a calibration certificate, confirming measurement traceability from the outset and supporting workshop quality and compliance requirements.
