The SIP 25167 P200W-AC KOHLER® Welder Generator is a professional-grade petrol-powered welder generator designed for heavy-duty performance in demanding site and workshop environments. Driven by a 14HP KOHLER OHV EURO V 429cc petrol engine, it delivers both welding and generator supply from a single robust, wheel-mounted unit.
On the welding side, the P200W-AC produces an AC output current ranging from 60A to 200A, accommodating electrode diameters from Ø1.6mm to 5mm and welding thicknesses from 1.5mm to 8mm. A duty cycle of 180A at 60% ensures sustained performance across extended work sessions. Open circuit voltage is selectable between 45V (LO) and 60V (HI), and the unit is equipped with Dinse socket connections for reliable lead attachment. The welding accessories, including welding plugs and welding leads (product number 05100), must be purchased separately.
As a generator, the unit provides a maximum rated output of 7.00kVA with a dual 230V/115V supply, making it versatile across a range of site power requirements. The 7.3-litre fuel tank supports an approximate runtime of 2.8 hours. Engine durability is enhanced by a heavy-duty cast iron cylinder liner, an inclined cylinder and counterbalance shaft, and a heavy-duty splash-fed lubrication system. A low oil shutdown function helps prevent engine damage. The unit carries IP21 protection and Class H insulation. The engine benefits from a 3-year KOHLER warranty.
