The Draper Expert 23987 open frame petrol generator addresses this need with a 389cc forced air cooled four-cycle OHV engine producing a rated AC output of 5,000W (6.25kVA) and a maximum AC output of 5,500W (6.88kVA), housed within a heavy-duty steel tubular frame for robust protection in demanding environments. The engine is fitted with both recoil and electric start for operational flexibility, and dual voltage AC output of 110V and 230V is provided alongside a 12V DC output. The socket configuration comprises one 110V 16A socket, one 230V 16A socket, one 110V 32A socket, and one 12V DC socket, enabling connection of a wide range of equipment simultaneously. The generator is compatible with E5 and E10 petrol fuel. Oil and fuel resistant anti-vibration mounts reduce transmitted vibration during operation, while two large robust rubber wheels allow the 82.4kg unit to be moved across a worksite without difficulty. The 25-litre fuel tank supports a continuous run time of 9.15 hours at 75% load. Oil capacity is 1.1 litres; SAE 10W-40 oil is recommended and is available separately. Noise output is rated at 97dB(A). Supplied as standard with two keys for electric start, a spark plug spanner, four combination spanners, and a 12V charging lead. Overall dimensions are 705mm (L) x 575mm (W) x 575mm (H).
