Forged from chrome vanadium steel, the long-pattern body is hardened, tempered, chrome plated and fully polished throughout, providing a durable, corrosion-resistant finish suited to sustained professional workshop use. The six-point HI-TORQ® ring profile is designed to maximise contact with fastener flats, reducing the risk of rounding under load. This spanner conforms generally to DIN 838 specifications and is supplied individually in a polybag with barcode label. It is part of the wider Draper Expert HI-TORQ® range, which spans 6 x 7mm through to 20 x 22mm on header card and 21 x 23mm through to 55 x 60mm in polybag format. sizes 55703 to 55708 within this range are bi-hexagon rather than six-point.
