The Draper 36954 is a heavy duty long pattern metric combination spanner in 33mm, constructed from fully drop forged chrome vanadium steel that has been hardened, tempered and chrome plated to resist corrosion and maintain dimensional integrity under load. The polished bi-hexagon ring end is offset at 15°, allowing clearance over obstructions and improved knuckle clearance in confined working areas. The open jaw is likewise offset at 15°, providing the same angular advantage at both ends of the spanner. The long pattern handle delivers increased leverage compared to standard pattern spanners, making it well suited to heavy duty fastener applications. General construction is in accordance with DIN 3113 specifications, providing a recognised benchmark for combination spanner geometry and strength. The spanner is supplied loose in a polybag with barcode label, making it straightforward to add to an existing set or to stock as a single replacement size.
