Fully drop forged from chrome vanadium steel, the spanner is hardened, tempered, and chrome plated to resist corrosion and withstand the sustained loading typical of heavy-duty work. The polished bi-hexagon ring end is offset at 15° to provide knuckle clearance in confined spaces, and the open jaw is equally offset at 15° for consistent working angles across both ends. The long pattern design extends reach and increases leverage where standard-length spanners fall short. Manufactured generally in accordance with DIN 3113 specifications, the 36956 meets recognised dimensional and strength standards for combination spanners. It is supplied loose in a polybag with a barcode label.
