Achieving a secure, slip-free grip on pipes and nuts demands a tool built to professional standards. The KNIPEX Cobra® 87 22 250 QuickSet Water Pump Pliers deliver exactly that, with chrome vanadium steel construction that is oil hardened and tempered for lasting durability. Jaw edges and joint faces are smoothly ground to ensure precise, consistent contact, while the gripping surfaces feature specially hardened teeth rated to 61HRC for a positive, non-slip hold on pipes and nuts of varying sizes. A standout feature of the Cobra® QuickSet design is one-handed adjustment directly on the workpiece, achieved simply by sliding the plier handles. This allows the operative to position and lock the tool without releasing grip on the component, saving time and improving control in confined spaces. Heavy-duty moulded handles incorporate slip guards to reduce the risk of hand fatigue and accidental slippage during demanding applications. Manufactured to DIN 5231 specifications, these pliers carry the assurance of a recognised international standard for water pump pliers. The tool is display packed and supplied as a single unit. Suitable for professional workshop, plumbing, and maintenance environments where reliable, repeatable grip performance is required.
Professional Quality, manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, oil hardened and tempered, with smoothly ground jaw edges and joint faces. The gripping surfaces have specially hardened teeth to 61HRC for positive grip on pipes and nuts. One handed adjustment on the workpiece is possible by simply sliding the plier handles. Heavy duty moulded handles with slip guards for extra safety.
