Manufactured from chrome vanadium electric steel that is oil hardened and tempered, these pliers feature parallelogram-shaped gripping surfaces with specially hardened teeth rated at approximately 61 HRC. This high tooth hardness provides exceptional wear resistance and a stable, positive grip. The accurately formed box-joint design with safety stop ensures high stability through double guidance, whilst the reliable hinge bolt prevents any unintentional shifting during use. Safety and operator comfort are integral to the design. Plastic-coated handles incorporate slip guards, and the 'no-nip' feature prevents the handles locking together, protecting the user's hands during operation. Smoothly ground jaws and joint faces contribute to consistent, controlled performance. Manufactured to DIN ISO 8976 specifications, these pliers are supplied as one unit.
