The KNIPEX Cobra® 87 02 300 SB Water Pump Pliers deliver exactly that, manufactured from chrome vanadium electric steel, oil hardened and tempered for lasting durability in demanding workshop and trade environments. The parallelogram-shaped gripping surfaces carry specially hardened teeth ground to 61HRC ensuring a positive slip-resistant grip on pipes and nuts across a wide range of sizes. An accurately formed box joint with safety stop maintains jaw alignment under load whilst the smoothly ground jaws and joint faces reduce wear and improve precision. Adjustment is achieved with a single-handed press button allowing the operator to resize the jaw opening quickly without setting the tool down. Safety in continuous use has been carefully considered. Heavy duty moulded handles incorporate slip guards for extra security and the 'no-nip' feature prevents the handles locking together protecting the user's hands during operation.
