Achieving a smooth, even paint finish demands precise atomisation and consistent pressure control — this HVLP Air Paint Spray Gun Kit from Draper is designed for use with receiver compressors and addresses both requirements through its two-gun configuration and built-in pressure regulation. The kit includes a 0.8mm HVLP spray gun with a 125ml cup for detail and touch-up work, and a 1.4mm HVLP spray gun with a 600ml cup suited to larger surface areas. Both guns are constructed from lightweight aluminium and feature an adjustable spray pattern with a variable fan position that helps ensure maximum paint transfer efficiency with minimal bounce back. A 1/4" BSP adaptor with a 33mm dual-reading display gauge (psi/bar) is included, enabling precise pressure monitoring at the gun. Operating air pressure is 29psi for the 0.8mm gun and 50psi for the 1.4mm gun, with a maximum inlet pressure of 140psi across both. The air inlet on each gun is 1/4" BSP. The seven-piece kit is completed by a large spanner, a small spanner, a white cleaning brush, and a black cleaning brush, providing the essential accessories for setup, adjustment, and maintenance.
