The Sealey SG19 Underseal Gun is designed for applying wax rust inhibitor to both exposed panels and hard-to-reach internal cavities. Supplied with a nozzle for direct surface application and a 910mm flexible probe for treating enclosed sections such as sills, doors, and chassis rails, this gun covers all the bases in one kit. Compatible with most brands of wax rust inhibitor, it offers broad flexibility across different products and applications. The gun connects via a standard 1/4" BSP air inlet and operates at a recommended air pressure of 87-145psi (6-10bar). Air consumption is 13.4cfm when used without the extension probe and 6.4cfm when used with it. An optional rigid probe (SG191) is also available as a separate accessory for applications requiring a firmer reach.
