The Draper 98913 is a 110V submersible clean water pump designed for DIY and domestic use in and around the home and garden, handling exactly these applications with a maximum output of 100 litres per minute and a maximum head height of 6 metres. The pump operates on a 250W motor and is fitted with a ceramic shaft for extended service life. Thermal overload protection guards the motor against damage caused by overheating, allowing the unit to run with confidence during longer pumping tasks. The integrated float switch enables automatic operation, activating and deactivating the pump in response to water level without the need for manual intervention. Water is drawn through a 32mm output aperture and the pump will pass particles up to 5mm in diameter, making it suitable for clean water that may carry fine sediment. The supplied stepped hose adaptor accepts hose connections between 25mm and 32mm in diameter, giving flexibility when connecting to standard garden or workshop hose fittings. The unit is supplied with an approximately 10-metre cable, providing useful reach from a power source to the water being pumped. Weighing 3.9kg, it is compact enough to handle and position by a single operator.
