Splitting logs by hand is time-consuming and physically demanding. The Sealey LS520H horizontal log splitter offers a safe, efficient alternative, delivering up to 5 tonnes of pressure to split logs almost instantly upon contact, keeping labour and work time to a minimum. The motor runs at 2200W on a 230V supply and accommodates logs up to 520mm in length and 250mm in diameter, with a minimum log size of 200mm length and 50mm diameter. Safe operation is supported by a mesh cage and a two-hand push-button and lever control system, ensuring both hands are clear of the work area during splitting. Wheels are supplied for easy manoeuvrability around the site or workshop. An optional stand, model LS520HST, is available separately for raised working comfort. Overall dimensions are 940 x 270 x 510mm (W x D x H).
