The PCL AC71JF is an XF-Euro series quick-release coupling in female thread configuration, Rp 1/2, designed to deliver high-flow compressed air connections across professional workshop airline systems. The XF-Euro series is engineered for excellent flow characteristics, with a nominal bore of 7.4 mm and a flow rate of 2,200 l/min at 6 bar, supporting enhanced tool efficiency where high air demand is required. The coupling is manufactured from hardened steel with a corrosion-resistant finish for long service life. A steel shoulder prevents accidental disconnection under load, and each coupling carries date stamping to support traceability and quality assurance. A blue PCL silicone band aids identification, provides protection, and assists handling. The AC71JF operates across a maximum working pressure of 35 bar (508 psi) and a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, making it suitable for demanding workshop environments. It is compatible with XF-Euro adaptors and interchanges with a wide range of industry-standard Euro coupling profiles, including Rectus 25/26, CEJN 320/326 and 320/326 eSafe, Legris 25/26, Norgren 234/238, Schrader Intercheck 35, Parker 35, Prevost ESC/ERC/ESI/ISC 07, OETIKER SC C, Hanson Auto-Flo 24, Kee 072/075, Ludecke ES/ESI/ESI*/ESIS/ESIS*/ESPN, JWL 510/520/530/540/550/560/570, and Tema 1600/1625. Manufactured in Sheffield by PCL, part of HORNGROUP, with a manufacturing heritage dating to 1938. The AC71JF is supplied in bulk packaging. A 5-year warranty applies to this product.
