This aluminium oxide bench grinding wheel from Draper is manufactured to a hard-wearing specification and rated at 60 grit for fine general grinding, deburring and tool sharpening duties. The wheel measures 200 x 25mm and is bored to 31.75mm as standard. To maximise compatibility across workshop bench grinders, Draper supplies five reduction rings with each wheel, allowing the bore to be reduced to fit machines with bore sizes from 12.7mm up to 31.75mm. This means the wheel is suited to most bench grinders without requiring additional adaptors. Important to note: this wheel is designed for dry-cutting use only and must not be used with coolant or cutting fluid. The wheel conforms to EN12413, the harmonised European safety standard for bonded abrasive products, providing assurance of consistent manufacturing quality and safe operating performance.
