Clarke CXR40N 148cfm 40HP Industrial Screw Compressor (400V) is a high-output screw plant for major industrial and automotive operations. A 40HP (30kW) 400V 3-phase motor drives the compressor to deliver 148cfm free air at up to 10bar (145psi). The unit is designed for easy installation and compact enough to be positioned with a pallet truck, then simply connected to air and power. An advanced controller with backlit display offers weekly programmable timing, remote control support, auto-restart after power failure, maintenance planning, compressor and fan status, oil temperature monitoring, alarm logging and inverter usage statistics. Electro-pneumatic pressure saving and Poly-V belt transmission ensure efficient power usage and low maintenance, while thermostatic cooling fan control plus sound-reducing panelling keep noise to around 70dB(A), allowing installation closer to work areas. Oversized suction filters provide maximum air intake filtration, helping to minimise maintenance and prolong oil and compressor life. This CXR40N is an excellent 10bar, 148cfm screw compressor for large-scale workshops and plants.
