Measuring room dimensions, calculating material quantities and recording areas or volumes with confidence demands a tool that delivers reliable, repeatable results. The Laserliner 080.805E DistanceCheck 25 Laser Rangefinder addresses this need with a typical precision of ± 2 mm across an indoor measurement range of 0.05 m to 25 m, making it well suited to trades and professionals who require accurate site measurements in a compact, portable format. The device measures lengths, areas and volumes from a single instrument, with minimum and maximum measurement functions and continuous measurement capability also supported. Two selectable housing reference points — front and rear — allow the user to adapt the starting point of each measurement to suit the task at hand, reducing the margin for manual error when working from a wall edge or corner. The 650 nm laser operates at Class 2 / less than 1 mW, compliant with EN 60825-1:2014/A11:2021 and EN 50689:2021. The unit measures 36 mm x 105 mm x 22 mm and weighs 75 g including batteries. Power is supplied by two 1.5 V LR03 (AAA) batteries, which are included. A pocket clip is incorporated into the compact housing design for convenient carry and tool-belt attachment. The housing is largely constructed from recycled plastic, reflecting a considered approach to material sustainability. Supplied complete with batteries, the Laserliner 080.805E DistanceCheck 25 is ready for immediate use from the box.
