Where thread reforming is required across UNC, UNF, and UNEF thread forms at 16 threads per inch, the Sykes Pickavant UNC/UNF/UNEF Roller Set R60/R110 16tpi provides the correct replacement rollers to restore threads efficiently and accurately.
This roller set is designed for use exclusively with the Silbertool thread reformer, model 01431100. The rollers engage the reformer mechanism to re-profile damaged external threads back to their correct geometry, making them compatible with R60 and R110 reformer configurations operating at 16tpi.
The set is supplied as a pack of three rollers and is compact in form, with overall pack dimensions of 50 x 50 x 50 mm and a weight of 0.345 kg, making storage and handling straightforward in a busy workshop setting.
Other roller sizes are available for alternative thread pitches and configurations, allowing the Silbertool 01431100 thread reformer to be adapted to a wider range of repair tasks as requirements demand.
Note: these rollers must be used in conjunction with the compatible thread reformer and cannot be used as a standalone tool.
