The Sykes Pickavant UNC/UNF/UNEF Roller Set R36 at 24 tpi is the purpose-designed consumable that restores thread integrity quickly and accurately when used with the compatible Silbertool thread reformer.
This roller set works in conjunction with the Silbertool 01423600 thread reformer. The rollers engage the damaged thread and reform it back to its correct profile without cutting, preserving material and maintaining fastener strength. The roller set must be used with the thread reformer; it is not a standalone tool.
The R36 roller set is rated at 24 tpi and covers UNC, UNF, and UNEF thread forms, making it suitable for a broad range of imperial threaded fasteners commonly encountered in professional automotive and workshop environments. The pack dimensions are 50 x 30 x 30 mm and it weighs 0.085 kg, making it compact and easy to store alongside the reformer. Each purchase contains a pack of 3 rollers.
