The Sykes Pickavant Metric Roller Set R60/R110 – 1.25mm LH is the purpose-made consumable solution for thread reforming work, supplied as a pack of three rollers ready for immediate use.
The roller set is designed exclusively for use with the Silbertool thread reformer, reference 01431100. The rollers engage with the thread reformer to restore damaged metric threads to their correct profile without the need for replacement fasteners or inserts, maintaining the integrity of the original component.
This set is specified for the R60/R110 roller configuration with a 1.25mm pitch and left-hand (LH) thread direction. The pack dimensions are 50 x 50 x 50 mm and the set weighs 0.345 kg, making it compact and easy to store alongside the host tool. It is supplied as a pack of three rollers.
Other roller sizes are available for the Silbertool 01431100 thread reformer, allowing the same tool to be used across a wider range of thread specifications. The full range of compatible roller packs can be sourced to build a comprehensive thread repair capability in the workshop.
Roller packs must always be used in conjunction with the Silbertool thread reformer; they are not intended for standalone use.
