The Sykes Pickavant BSW/BSF/BSPP/BS Roller Set R36 – 11tpi provides the correct replacement rollers to restore 11tpi British Standard threads to serviceable condition using the Silbertool thread reformer.
This roller set is designed exclusively for use with the Silbertool 01423600 thread reformer. The rollers work within that tool's mechanism to reform and restore damaged external or internal threads without cutting new material, returning threads to their correct profile. The roller set must be used in conjunction with the thread reformer and cannot function as a standalone tool.
The R36 – 11tpi roller set covers BSW, BSF, BSPP, and BS thread forms at 11 threads per inch. The pack contains 3 rollers. Product dimensions are 50 x 30 x 30 mm and the pack weighs 0.085 kg, making it a compact addition to any thread repair kit.
Other roller sizes are available for the Silbertool 01423600, allowing the thread reformer to be used across a wider range of thread pitches and forms as your workshop requirements demand.
