The Sykes Pickavant BSW/BSF/BSPP/BS Roller Set R16 – 20tpi is the purpose-designed replacement roller pack for restoring threads within this range, providing the correct tooling geometry for accurate and reliable thread reformation.
The roller set works in conjunction with the Silbertool thread reformer unit 01421600. The rollers must be used with the thread reformer and cannot function as standalone tools. This ensures the correct mechanical action is applied to the thread profile during the reforming process, maintaining thread integrity across BSW, BSF, BSPP, and BS thread forms at 16 to 20 threads per inch.
Each pack contains three rollers. The set measures 53 mm x 15 mm x 17 mm and weighs just 0.019 kg, making it a compact and lightweight addition to any thread repair toolkit. The R16 designation covers the 16–20 tpi range within the supported thread standards.
Other roller sizes are available within the Silbertool range, allowing workshops to build a comprehensive thread reforming capability across multiple thread forms and pitches by selecting the appropriate roller pack for each application.
