Damaged or distorted BSW, BSF, BSPP, and BS threads are a common problem in professional workshop environments, where correcting them without the right tooling risks further deterioration or costly component replacement. The Sykes Pickavant BSW/BSF/BSPP/BS Roller Set R16 – 11tpi provides the correct replacement rollers to restore these thread forms accurately when used in conjunction with the Silbertool thread reformer.
This roller set is designed exclusively for use with the Silbertool 01421600 thread reformer. The rollers work within the reformer mechanism to re-profile damaged threads back to their original form, making them suitable for BSW, BSF, BSPP, and BS thread standards at 11 threads per inch.
Each pack contains 3 rollers and is supplied as the R16 size. The pack dimensions are 53 x 15 x 17 mm and the total product weight is 0.019 kg, making it a compact addition to the workshop tool kit. The rollers are specific to the R16 – 11tpi specification and must be used with the compatible thread reformer unit; they cannot be used as standalone tools.
Other roller sizes are available within the Sykes Pickavant range, allowing workshops to build a comprehensive set of replacement rollers to cover a wider variety of thread forms and pitches as required.
