The Sykes Pickavant Retractable Hose Reel — 10m x 12mm with a 1/2" connection — solves this by keeping compressed air supply tidy, accessible, and permanently wall-mounted wherever it is needed most.
The reel operates on an automatic retraction mechanism: once the hose is released, it rewinds smoothly back into the enclosed ABS plastic casing. An automatic hose locking device holds the hose at any extended length, so the operative can work freely without the hose creeping back. A hose roller guide ensures the hose feeds in and out cleanly without kinking or abrading against the casing.
The unit is rated for compressed air at working pressures up to 20 bar, making it suitable for professional workshop and industrial environments. The hose measures 10 metres in length by 12mm bore, with a 1/2" BSP connection. The adjustable wall-mounted design allows positioning to suit the layout of the workspace. Overall dimensions are 480 x 230 x 490 mm (L x W x H) and the unit weighs 9 kg. A safety hose stop prevents the hose end from being drawn back into the casing.
