The Sykes Pickavant Metric Roller Set R60/R110 – 2.0mm LH provides the purpose-made roller elements required to carry out precision thread reformation on left-hand metric threads, restoring damaged threads to their correct profile rather than resorting to replacement parts.
This roller set is designed exclusively for use with the Silbertool thread reformer, model 01431100. The rollers work within the reformer to re-form degraded or damaged threads by applying controlled pressure around the thread profile, re-establishing the correct geometry without material removal. The left-hand (LH) designation confirms these rollers are configured for left-hand threaded fasteners, ensuring the correct engagement angle and reforming action.
Each pack contains 3 rollers, sized for use with R60 and R110 thread reformer configurations for a 2.0mm pitch. The pack dimensions are 50 x 50 x 50 mm and the pack weighs 0.345 kg, making it compact and straightforward to store alongside the Silbertool reformer unit.
Other roller sizes are available within the Silbertool-compatible range, allowing workshops to build a comprehensive set of roller packs to cover a variety of thread pitches and specifications.
This roller set must be used in conjunction with the Silbertool 01431100 thread reformer; it is not a standalone tool.
