The Sykes Pickavant BSW/BSF/BSPP/BS Roller Set R16–24tpi is the purpose-built replacement consumable that restores these thread forms when used with the Silbertool thread reformer, bringing damaged fasteners back to serviceable condition without the need for removal or replacement.
The roller set works in conjunction with the Silbertool 01421600 thread reformer unit, which must be used as the host tool for these rollers. The rollers re-form rather than cut the thread material, pressing the profile back to its correct geometry across the BSW, BSF, BSPP, and BS thread standard range at 16 to 24 threads per inch.
Each pack contains three rollers. The set dimensions are 53 x 15 x 17 mm and the pack weight is 0.019 kg, making it a compact, lightweight consumable to keep on the workshop bench. The R16–24tpi designation covers the thread pitch range this roller set addresses within the broader Silbertool system.
