Product Number: PDO2000S
The PDO2000S is the highest-flow model in the stainless steel Dropout range, built for 1 inch lines carrying up to 3,085 l/min (108.9 cfm). It takes liquid water and oil out of the air before it reaches the pipework, tools and finishing equipment downstream.
Inside a sealed-for-life Grade 304 stainless steel body, Dropout's patented design removes 99.9999% of liquid water and oil and 99% of solid particulates down to 1 micron. It runs without mains power and has no filter elements, so running costs stay low and pressure drop never rises from a blocked filter. Pulsed and stop-start flows are handled with instant recovery.
The unit has 1 BSPT ports, is rated to 15 bar (217 psi) and carries the ATEX mark Ex II 2G IIC T6 Gb. A wall bracket and manual drain valve are included, and the Dropout PDOAD128 auto-drain can be fitted to empty it automatically.
PCL recommends Dropout where the air supply holds a high concentration of water, and paint and refinish operations often use it as an alternative to an air dryer.
If 2,314 l/min is enough, the PDO1500S offers the same 1 inch ports. The range steps down through PDO900S, PDO600S, PDO300S and PDO60S for smaller lines.
