Variations
Worn or mismatched hose assemblies reduce airflow and cause pressure drop across the workshop. The PCL HA2022 is a 15-metre air hose assembly with a 10 mm (3/8 in) internal diameter and Rp 3/8 swivel ends, supplied complete with a Vertex coupling. It is a genuine PCL component, manufactured in Sheffield since 1938 and part of the HORNGROUP range.
The HA2022 is made from a high-performance TPE compound that looks and feels like rubber but without its associated downsides. The assembly is supplied ready-fitted with swivel end fittings, removing the need for separate crimping equipment on the workshop floor. The Rp 3/8 threaded swivel ends allow straightforward connection and disconnection without twisting the hose body.
The Vertex coupling is included as standard, making the HA2022 compatible with the PCL Vertex series and ready to use as a direct replacement or extension hose in compressed-air installations. The 10 mm bore is well suited to general workshop air tools and pneumatic equipment where a 3/8 in hose is specified.
The HA2022 is a spare hose assembly intended for replacement or installation use; it is not a standalone self-contained product. For the 10-metre variant in the same series, refer to the HA2018.
