Worn or damaged airline hose disrupts workflow and risks pressure loss. The PCL HA2128 is a ready-made hose assembly comprising 20 metres of 13 mm (1/2 in) internal-diameter air hose, fitted with a 100 Series Adaptor at one end and a 100 Series Coupling at the other.
The hose is manufactured from a high-performance TPE compound that replicates the handling qualities of rubber whilst eliminating its associated drawbacks. Supplied complete with both end fittings already attached, the assembly removes the need for separate crimping equipment or on-site termination work, making it a direct fit replacement or extension solution for systems already equipped with PCL 100 Series connections.
With a 20 m run and 13 mm bore, the assembly is suited to workshop air distribution runs where adequate flow volume across the full hose length is a priority. The pre-fitted 100 Series Adaptor and 100 Series Coupling ends ensure compatibility within PCL 100 Series pneumatic line installations.
PCL has manufactured air-line products in Sheffield since 1938 and is part of HORNGROUP. The HA2128 is supplied as a complete assembly; the hose and end fittings are not listed separately.
