Variations
A ready-made air hose assembly saves workshop time when fitting or replacing airline runs. The PCL HA2111 is a 20-metre hose assembly built from 13 mm internal-diameter (1/2 in) hose, terminated with a PCL 100 Series Adaptor at one end and a male thread R 1/2 at the other end.
The hose compound is a high-performance TPE material that looks and feels like rubber while avoiding the associated downsides of natural rubber. The assembly is supplied complete and ready to fit, removing the need for separate crimping equipment or end-fitting sourcing.
Available in a range of cut lengths and internal-diameter options, the 100 Series Adaptor end provides direct compatibility with PCL's established 100 Series quick-release coupling system. The R 1/2 male thread at the opposite end suits standard workshop airline connections at that thread size.
For workshops requiring a different specification, the HA2134 covers the equivalent 13 mm i/d configuration in a paired variant, and a 10 mm / 3/8 in bore version is also available within the PCL hose assembly range.
