An anti-static formulation helps reduce dust clogging during use, while the heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper adds durability that withstands extended sanding sessions. Five 8 mm pre-punched holes are positioned to align with compatible sander dust ports, improving dust extraction efficiency and keeping the work surface clearer. Attachment is via a quick-fit hook and loop backing, allowing rapid sheet changes without tools. The sheets are suitable for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic, and fillers. At 40 grit, they are suited to more aggressive stock removal and surface preparation tasks. Each pack contains ten sheets at 140 mm, supplied as the SSD2 grade. This format is backed by a resin bond that resists grain shedding, helping each sheet work effectively across multiple material types throughout its service life.
