Sanding and finishing work demands an abrasive that holds its cutting edge across repeated passes and resists loading on demanding surfaces. These 140mm detail sanding sheets are constructed from premium quality aluminium oxide, resin bonded to the backing to deliver improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting performance across a wide range of materials including wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces each sheet to withstand the toughest jobs without tearing or delaminating under pressure. The hook and loop backing provides firm, reliable adhesion to compatible sanding pads and is engineered to facilitate the fast changing of sanding sheets, reducing downtime between grits or when sheets become worn. Seven pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned across each sheet to improve dust extraction, keeping the work surface clear and extending the working life of the abrasive. Supplied at 240 grit, this pack is suited to fine finishing and surface preparation tasks where a smooth, refined result is required. Compatible with most detail sanders equipped with 140mm hook and loop backing pads, including Draper Stock No. 00608. Each pack contains ten sheets, providing extended use before replacement is needed.
