These 100 x 610mm cloth sanding belts from Draper use aluminium oxide grain that is resin bonded to the backing, providing efficient resistance and long-lasting performance across a wide range of sanding and finishing tasks. The electrostatic sand planting process and open coat aluminium oxide grain work together to aid chip removal and heat dissipation, keeping the belt cutting cleanly for longer. A special butt joint construction minimises the effect of vibration across the work surface, helping to deliver a smooth and even finish throughout the sanding pass. The backing is a strong X-weight polycotton cloth that makes each belt both flexible and durable. This construction enhances the intensity of loading and enables use across different pressure applications, from light finishing passes to more intensive material removal. Each belt measures 100mm wide by 610mm long and is 80 grit. These belts are suitable for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. They are compatible with all 100 x 610mm belt sanders. Supplied as a pack of five.
