Sanding uneven or painted surfaces demands abrasives that hold their edge and resist premature breakdown under sustained use. These 115mm aluminium oxide sanding discs are resin bonded to deliver improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting high performance across a range of materials including wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper increases durability, enabling the discs to withstand the toughest jobs without delaminating or tearing. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned to improve dust extraction during sanding, keeping the work surface cleaner and maintaining visibility of the finish. The hook and loop backing provides secure adhesion to compatible backing pads whilst allowing fast disc changes without tools or downtime. At 240 grit, these discs are suited to fine sanding and surface finishing rather than aggressive stock removal. They are compatible with all 115mm hook and loop backing pads. Supplied as a pack of 10.
