Sanding by hand or with an underpowered abrasive leaves surfaces uneven and wastes time — the right disc, matched to the right backing system, is what separates a clean finish from a frustrating one. These 115mm aluminium oxide sanding discs from Draper are resin bonded to deliver improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting high performance across a range of materials including wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper adds durability, enabling the discs to withstand the toughest jobs without premature breakdown. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned to improve dust extraction during sanding, keeping the work surface clearer and maintaining cutting performance throughout the disc's life. The hook and loop backing provides reliable adhesion to the pad while allowing fast disc changes with minimal downtime. At 80 grit, these discs are suited to general sanding and surface preparation tasks. They are compatible with all 115mm hook and loop backing pads. Supplied as a pack of ten.
