These 115mm aluminium oxide sanding discs from Draper address that requirement through a resin-bonded construction that improves grain adhesion, delivers anti-static qualities, and extends working life under tough conditions. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper adds durability, making each disc capable of withstanding the most demanding sanding tasks without premature breakdown. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned to improve dust extraction during use, keeping the work surface cleaner and the disc cutting more freely. The hook and loop backing system provides reliable adhesion to compatible backing pads while allowing fast disc changes when swapping between grits or replacing a worn disc. At 120 grit, these discs are suited to intermediate sanding and surface finishing work. Each pack contains ten discs, compatible with all 115mm hook and loop backing pads.
