The PCL AC21CF05K is a display-packed Airflow Coupling and Adaptor Kit centred on a female Rp 1/4 thread coupling, designed for fixed compressed air applications — particularly workbench-mounted installations where single-action operation is preferred.
The kit is built to British Standard profile and features steel construction throughout, making it robust and hard-wearing for engineering and workshop environments. A positive locking mechanism ensures secure connections under working conditions. The Airflow series coupling within the kit carries compatibility with Standard Adaptors and conforms to the British Standard interchange profile.
As a series, the Airflow range is rated to a maximum working pressure of 14 bar (200 psi), a nominal bore of 5 mm, a flow rate of 43 cfm at 100 psi, and a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. The kit includes an R 1/4 Airflow Coupling, an R 1/4 Standard Adaptor, and an Rp 1/4 Standard Adaptor. The Airflow coupling within this kit is covered by a 5-year warranty. PCL has manufactured Airflow fittings in Sheffield, UK since 1938 and is part of HORNGROUP.
