Supplied as a pack of 2: two identical PCL AC21CF couplings, so you can fit one at each airline outlet or keep a spare ready for when one wears.
Leaking or incompatible airline connections waste compressed air and interrupt work. The PCL AC21CF is the original PCL quick-release coupling, female Rp 1/4 thread, from the Airflow series — manufactured in Sheffield with around 75 years of design enhancement behind it.
The AC21CF is built from steel for robust, hard-wearing service in engineering and workshop environments. A positive locking mechanism and single-action operation make it particularly well suited to fixed applications — such as above a workbench — where one-handed connection and release are preferred. A blue PCL silicone band provides identification, protection, and ease of use, and each coupling is date-stamped to support traceability and quality performance. The British Standard profile ensures compatibility with Standard Adaptors across the range.
The Airflow series carries a nominal bore of 5 mm with a flow rate of 43 cfm at 100 psi. Maximum working pressure is 14 bar (200 psi) and the temperature range spans -40°C to 100°C. The AC21CF is interchangeable with Rectus 19, Kee 057 Series, OETIKER SC Series P, and Ludecke ESB profiles. The coupling is supplied in bulk packaging.
The Airflow series is manufactured in Sheffield and forms part of the HORNGROUP portfolio. The AC21CF carries a 5-year warranty.
