Product Number: AS71CF-PK5
This pack contains five identical PCL AS71CF couplings, supplied together to fit out several airline outlets or keep spares on the shelf in one order.
Airline connections that fail to seal or release safely under pressure create hazards and downtime in any compressed-air workshop. The PCL AS71CF is a female safety coupling from the XF-Euro series, fitted with an R 1/4 female thread, manufactured in Sheffield by PCL — part of HORNGROUP — with a heritage in precision coupling manufacture dating to 1938.
The XF-Euro series is designed to meet safety coupling standards, providing controlled air release during disconnection to reduce the risk of hose whip and pressure-related injury — a requirement in professional workshop environments.
The R 1/4 female thread (British Standard Pipe Taper, female form) is a widely used airline fitting size, compatible with a broad range of standard compressed-air hose tails and fittings within the appropriate coupling series.
