Compressed air systems lose efficiency when couplings restrict flow or fail to hold a secure connection under working pressure. The Draper 37832 1/2" Female Thread PCL Parallel Airflow Coupling is designed for use with standard adaptors and features a BSP parallel thread form, ensuring a reliable, leak-resistant fit across compatible workshop air lines. The positive lock single action mechanism secures the connection with a single motion, making it ideally suited for most compressed air applications where speed and reliability are equally important. The coupling delivers a maximum airflow rate of 1197 litres per minute (42 cfm) at 6.9 bar (100 psi), supporting high-demand pneumatic tools and equipment without becoming a bottleneck in the air supply. For continuous workshop use, the maximum working pressure of 13.8 bar (200 psi) provides a substantial safety margin above typical compressor output. The coupling is supplied display packed, making it straightforward to identify and store as a workshop spare or replacement fitting.
