This pack contains five identical PCL AA7104 adaptors, supplied together to fit a set of air tools and hoses or keep spares on the shelf in one order.
Worn or mismatched airline adaptors cause air leaks and restrict tool performance. The PCL AA7104 is an XF-Euro series adaptor with a male R 1/2 thread, designed for use with XF-Euro couplings in professional workshop compressed-air systems. Designed and manufactured in Sheffield by PCL, it carries a corrosion-resistant finish and is case hardened for extended service life. The XF-Euro series is rated to a nominal bore of 7.4 mm and a flow rate of 2,200 l/min at 6 bar, supporting the high airflow demands of professional pneumatic tooling. The maximum working pressure is 35 bar (508 psi) and the operating temperature range spans -40°C to 100°C. The adaptor is manufactured from steel and supplied in bulk packaging. The AA7104 is interchange-compatible with a wide range of established coupling systems, including Rectus 25/26, CEJN 320/326 and 320/326 eSafe, Legris 25/26, JWL 510/520/530/540/550/560/570, Tema 1600/1625, Norgren 234/238, Schrader Intercheck 35, Parker 35, Prevost ESC/ERC/ESI/ISC 07, OETIKER SC C, Hanson Auto-Flo 24, Kee 072/075, and Ludecke ES/ESI/ESI*/ESIS/ESIS*/ESPN.
