Product Number: ACA2593-PK5
Five genuine PCL ACA2593 Standard Adaptors, the 1/4 BSP male plug that most UK workshop airlines are built around.
PCL has made the original UK profile Standard Adaptor in Sheffield for over 75 years, alongside its couplings, and it is now a UK benchmark for quality and reliability. Five in one pack lets you fit the same plug to a whole bench of tools. Each is case-hardened steel for longer life and carries a corrosion resistant finish.
The adaptor fits PCL Airflow, Vertex, UK Standard Push Button Safety, Safeflow and Non-corrodible couplings, and the profile interchanges with Cejn 295 and Rectus 19. It flows 43 cfm at 100 psi through a 4.8 mm nominal bore and is rated to 14 bar (200 psi) from -40°C to 100°C.
The R 1/4 taper thread screws into the tool's female inlet. XF-Euro and InstantAir couplings use other profiles and need their own adaptors, so check the coupling before ordering a set for a new site. PCL uses the ACA2593 in its own compressor and tyre inflation kits. The same part comes as a pair (ACA2593), a pack of three (ACA2593-PK3) or a trade pack of ten (ACA2593-PK10).
