When a line must cross a panel, frame rail or wall, the fixing has to grip without chafing what it holds.
Sized at 48mm closed diameter with an 8.8mm hole for an M8 bolt, the PNZH48BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
Zinc plated over mild steel and fitted with the TPE160 liner as standard, the M8 range carries lines on heavier structures - plant, frames and chassis - in non-corrosive conditions; the dimensionally identical stainless version covers wet duty. Across the M8 and M10 ranges the band dimensions are shared, so brackets, spacing and drilling carry over between fixing weights.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH48BG); the 44mm size (PNZH44BG); the 52mm size (PNZH52BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.
