Vibration is the quiet killer of pipework and wiring - a rigid clip without a liner just moves the wear point.
Sized at 25mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCSR25BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its standard TPE liner - rated -30C to +60C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
In 304 stainless (18/8, EN 1.4301), this is the version for runs that live outside or around moisture - the liner shrugs off UV and ozone, and the band will not rust where a plated clip eventually would. Dimensions are identical to the zinc version, so the mounting interchange is direct. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCSH25BG); the zinc plated version (PCZR25BG); the 22mm size (PCSR22BG); the 28mm size (PCSR28BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 25mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 25mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 1 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The standard TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -30C to +60C.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
