Product Number: PCSR32BG
When a line must cross a panel, frame rail or wall, the fixing has to grip without chafing what it holds.
Sized at 32mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCSR32BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its standard TPE liner - rated -30C to +60C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The band is 18/8 marine-quality 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301, BS304), the right specification for outdoor, wet and corrosive environments - and because JCS makes the zinc and stainless versions to identical dimensions, you can switch material without changing your mounting. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCSH32BG); the zinc plated version (PCZR32BG); the 29mm size (PCSR29BG); the 35mm size (PCSR35BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 32mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 1 1/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The standard TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -30C to +60C.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - JCS P-clips are designed for fixing pipes, hoses and cables, with the lined band protecting a cable sheath - armoured or otherwise - from chafing while absorbing vibration. Match the closed diameter to the cable's outside diameter.
A. A hose clip makes a joint seal; a P-clip makes a run stay put. If the problem is a leak at a fitting, you want a hose clip - if the problem is a line that moves, chafes or rattles, you want this.
