Every unsecured run of pipe, hose or cable is a failure waiting for a corrugation, pothole or engine harmonic.
Sized at 13mm closed diameter with an 8.8mm hole for an M8 bolt, the PNSH13BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
Specified with the heavier M8 fixing, this range pairs the 304 stainless band (18/8, EN 1.4301) with the TPE160 liner as standard - the combination for hot, wet or exposed runs where both the fixing load and the environment are demanding. Zinc and stainless are made to identical dimensions, so material is a free choice at the same mounting.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PNZH13BG); the 10mm size (PNSH10BG); the 16mm size (PNSH16BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 13mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 1/2 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The TPE160 high-temperature liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -50C to +160C.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M8 hardware; the fixing hole is 8.8mm.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
